This was Bandolier's first performance at the Canada Day Festival in Ponoka. This show also served as the debut of Bandolier's new look with the white dress shirts and ties. Bandolier performed alongside two other Ponoka-based bands and played a full hour set - all of which was recorded and can be viewed on Youtube.
Bandolier was gaining momentum during this time, and this show turned out to be the prelude to Bandolier's locally popular "Centennial Park World Tour 2012". The band saw several upgrades in the months following - including Johnny's expansion of his drum kit and new Bandolier themed bass drum skin, Mark's purchase of his Fender Blacktop HH Jaguar, and Brett's purchase of his Rickenbacker 4003 bass guitar.
